Steel mill waste gas treatment screw blower
1. The rotor adopts a large shaft diameter design, which provides higher shaft stiffness and load-bearing capacity.
2. The locating end uses a combination of four-point angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, ensuring that the bearings have sufficient load capacity and stability under extreme conditions, prolonging bearing life.
3. The casing adopts a mid-connection structural design, which ensures uniform stress distribution and improves the overall load-bearing capacity of the casing; the large reinforced rib design enhances the casing stiffness, ensuring reliable operation under high pressure.
4. Splash lubrication is used, resulting in low oil-stirring power consumption, ensuring a stable supply of lubricating oil to gears and bearings.
1. Screw Air Compressor: Mainly used in the field of air power, for driving various pneumatic tools. Due to the development of oil-gas separation and gas purification technologies, it is also increasingly used in applications that require very high air quality, such as the food, pharmaceutical, and textile industries, occupying many markets originally belonging to oil-free air compressors.
2. Screw Process Compressor: Used to compress gases in various process flows, such as carbon dioxide, ethylene, methane, hydrogen, natural gas, and flare gas.
3. Air Compressor Converted for Process Use: This type mainly involves converting the rotors of screw air compressors for process gas compression purposes. These models are often low in cost but have very limited applicability, suitable only for a specific type of gas.
The HL618 series screw blowers are a new product developed by Shandong Zhanggu, based on years of design and manufacturing experience, to meet the market's demand for energy saving and environmental protection. This series of screw blowers features a compact structure, stylish appearance, high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance, and long service life. They are very suitable for applications with medium to small flow and high pressure and are ideal air source equipment widely used in industries such as metallurgy, machinery, chemical, geological, and power sectors.
Daily Maintenance Items
1. Check the air filter element and coolant level;
2. Check hoses and all pipe joints for any leaks;
3. Check records, and if consumable parts have reached their replacement cycle, the machine must be stopped for replacement;
4. Check records, and when the main engine exhaust temperature reaches or is close to 98°C, the oil cooler must be cleaned;
5. Check records, and if the separator pressure difference reaches 0.6 BAR or above (limit 1 BAR) or the pressure difference begins to show a decreasing trend, the machine should be stopped to replace the separator element;
6. Check the condensation water discharge, and if the drainage is too little or there is no condensation water discharge, the machine must be stopped to clean the water separator.
Monthly Maintenance Items
1. Check the surface of the oil cooler and clean if necessary;
2. Clean the cooler after maintenance;
3. Clean the water separator;
4. Check all electrical connections and secure them;
5. Check the AC contactor contacts;
6. Clean dust from the motor air intake and the surface of the motor housing;
7. Clean the return oil filter.
Quarterly Maintenance Items
1. Add lubricating grease to the main motor;
2. Clean the main motor and fan motor;
3. Replace the coolant;
4. Replace the oil filter element;
5. Clean the oil cooler.
