1. The rotor adopts a large shaft diameter design, which provides higher shaft stiffness and load-bearing capacity.
2. The locating end uses a combination of four-point angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, ensuring that the bearings have sufficient load capacity and stability under extreme conditions, prolonging bearing life.
3. The casing adopts a mid-connection structural design, which ensures uniform stress distribution and improves the overall load-bearing capacity of the casing; the large reinforced rib design enhances the casing stiffness, ensuring reliable operation under high pressure.
A screw compressor consists of a pair of parallel, intermeshing male and female screws and is the most widely used type of rotary compressor. It can be divided into single-screw and twin-screw types, and the screw compressor usually refers to the twin-screw compressor. Screw compressors can also be dry or wet. The so-called dry type means that no liquid is sprayed into the working chamber, so the compressed gas is not contaminated. The wet type refers to spraying lubricating oil or other liquids into the working chamber to cool the compressed gas, improve sealing, lubricate the male and female rotors and bearings, achieve self-driving, and then remove oil or other liquid impurities from the compressed air through a high-precision filter to obtain higher-quality compressed gas. The dry type is generally used in occasions where the gas quality requirements are extremely high and the gas volume requirement is not large; the dry screw has a complex structure, is difficult to maintain, noisy, and expensive. The wet type is widely used, has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, stable and reliable, and is commonly used in aerodynamics engineering.

4. Strong adaptability: Features forced air delivery; volumetric flow is almost unaffected by exhaust pressure. It can maintain high efficiency over a wide range of operating conditions and is suitable for various conditions without any structural modifications, making it easy for standardized mass production.
5. Multiphase transport: There is actually a gap between rotor teeth, allowing it to withstand liquid impact and compress gas containing liquids, dusty gas, or easily polymerizable gases.
6. Slide valve flow regulation: No need for recirculation, which can effectively reduce energy consumption.
