 The ZG series Roots blower is a new-generation product independently designed and developed by our company based on the introduction of American blower technology and our proprietary innovations. It represents a world-leading technology with the best cost performance. The ZG Blower with tri-lobe design is a new heavy-duty product developed based on MB blower technology originating from the United States. It serves as a direct replacement for the Duroflow series from Gardner Denver, the RAM/RCS series from Dresser Roots, and the RBS series from Robuschi.

• The ZG series Roots blowers adopt a specially designed casing structure to ensure reliable operation under high pressure while reducing operating noise.

• The blower impeller and shaft are integrated into a single structure with excellent rigidity, ensuring high pressure, large flow rate, and stable operation at high speeds.

• The blower’s oil tank is made of aluminum alloy with an air-cooling structure, requiring no cooling water at a single-stage pressure of 98 kPa.

• The compact unit design features a tight structure, with a self-tensioning belt system for easy use and maintenance.

• The blower main unit can be installed both vertically and horizontally, making it convenient to replace imported models.

• It adopts precision hard-surface helical synchronous gears with a keyless connection, providing reliable positioning, smooth operation, low noise, high strength, and long service life.
