Magnetic Suspension Centrifugal  Vacuum Pump is a product of high efficiency, energy saving and environment-friendly that is directly mounted by high-speed PMSM and ternary flow centrifugal impeller. The shaft vibration is timely supervised by build-in displacement sensor. The collected data will be input to the Magnetic Suspension Bearing Controller for computation to generate the control current. This current will be input to the windings of Magnetic Suspension Bearing to generate the magnetic force for suspension.

Active Magnetic Bearing Technology
Active Magnetic Bearing Technology is derived from magnetic suspension flywheel technology used in space satellite applications. This advanced technology enables high-performance attitude control and highly efficient energy conversion in satellites, significantly improving their operational stability and precision. It effectively addresses common limitations of traditional mechanical support systems—such as low efficiency, short service life, frequent maintenance requirements, and lubrication-related issues.

Magnetic Suspension Centrifugal Vacuum Pump
The Magnetic Suspension Centrifugal Vacuum Pump is a highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly product. It integrates a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and a ternary flow centrifugal impeller in a direct-drive configuration.

Built-in displacement sensors continuously monitor shaft vibration. The collected data is transmitted to the magnetic suspension bearing controller, which processes the information and generates a corresponding control current. This current is supplied to the windings of the active magnetic bearings to produce precise magnetic forces for stable rotor suspension.

The PMSM generates a frequency-controlled current via an inverter. This current is delivered to the motor stator, creating a rotating magnetic field that drives the shaft at high speeds.

The impeller, mounted on the high-speed rotating shaft, draws air from the volute casing inlet. The air is accelerated and pressurized through the action of the impeller and the guidance of the volute casing, gaining both velocity and pressure. Finally, the pressurized air is discharged through the volute casing outlet, completing the vacuum pumping process.
