Single-Stage Centrifugal Impeller
The impeller can be made from materials such as AL7075 (high-strength aerospace aluminum), Ti, SUS, etc., offering excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance, with a service life of over 30 years. The impeller is directly connected to the motor, achieving a power transmission efficiency of 97%. Impeller casting can be customized according to different needs to achieve specific operating conditions. The design uses a variable frequency regulation method instead of guide vane adjustment, allowing for a wider adjustable range for the blower.

Oil-Free Air Suspension Bearing
The air suspension bearing mainly consists of radial and thrust bearings. Before startup, the rotating shaft and bearings are in physical contact. During startup, the relative motion between the rotating shaft and bearings generates a hydrodynamic field, which creates a lifting force in the radial bearing. This lifting force suspends the rotating shaft, allowing it to rotate freely. Unlike traditional ball bearings, this bearing has no physical contact points during operation, requiring no lubricating oil and resulting in extremely low energy loss and high efficiency, suitable for various working environments. This technology can be applied to high-power, high-speed machinery with rotational speeds up to 100,000 rpm. Strict testing shows that the bearing can achieve more than 20,000 start cycles, fully meeting both design and practical application requirements.

Ultra-High-Speed Variable Frequency Motor
The BLDCM permanent magnet brushless ultra-high-speed motor is a state-of-the-art motor developed with advances in permanent magnet materials, semiconductor technology, and control technology. During operation, the rotating shaft achieves high-speed rotation at 20,000–200,000 rpm, with an engine efficiency of up to 97%. The permanent magnet brushless ultra-high-speed motor is also equipped with a digital speed control device, offering simple system control. It features high speed, no vibration, low noise, compact size, simple structure, high efficiency, and low electromagnetic radiation, making it the most energy-efficient and environmentally friendly motor available today.

Fully Automatic Oil-Free Cooling System
The air suspension blower uses a patented, completely oil-free system combining air intensification cooling and water cooling. The cooling fins are made of highly thermally conductive aluminum alloy (AL), which requires no additional energy and has a simple structure. Blowers below 150 HP use air self-cooling technology, with intelligently designed air channels and motor cooling fins designed with top-level aerospace mechanical design techniques. Larger models above 200 HP feature a water coolent internal circulation system, eliminating the need for external cooling fans or additional cooling water. This cooling design ensures the blower maintains excellent and reliable performance even during hot summer conditions.

Noise Reduction Technology and Built-in Relief Valve
The blower’s internal outlet bypass pipe is equipped with a relief valve and silencer, housed in carbon steel with internal sound-absorbing material. The blower uses an internal pneumatic relief valve to ensure safe shutdown without impact during power outages or abnormal situations, while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance. These components are directly connected to the blower via flexible tubing to reduce pressure loss and noise from the inlet pipeline. The filters and silencers have steel shells with internal sound-absorbing materials.
