The HL618 series screw blowers, developed by Shandong Zhanggu with years of design and manufacturing experience, are newly launched products designed to meet market demands for energy saving and environmental protection. Featuring a compact structure, elegant appearance, high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance, and long service life, this series is particularly suitable for applications requiring medium to small flow rates and high pressure.   3. Air-cooling structure with no cooling water required for single-stage pressure up to 250 kPa.

  4. Oil-free rotor chamber design guarantees clean air quality.

  5. Low airflow pulsation ensures stable operation and reduced aerodynamic noise under high speed and high pressure.

  6. Helical synchronous gear with keyless connection ensures reliable positioning and stable, safe operation across a wide speed range.

  7. Rotor adopts a large shaft diameter design, providing higher stiffness and load-bearing capacity.

  8. Locating end adopts a combination of four-point angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, ensuring sufficient load capacity and stability under extreme conditions, thus extending bearing service life.

  9. Casing adopts a middle-connection structure for uniform force distribution, enhancing overall load-bearing capacity; reinforced rib design improves casing rigidity for reliable operation under high pressure.

  10. Splash lubrication reduces oil-churning power loss and ensures stable oil supply for gears and bearings.

  11. Unique gas seal design provides excellent sealing performance and long service life.

  12. End cover features streamlined cooling fins to improve gearbox heat dissipation.
