The acceleration gear pair adopts the involute tooth profile. The surface ofgearwheel and pinion gets through the grinding and nitride-harden treatment tomaintain the high speed stable operation, low vibration and low noise. The lifetime can be 20 years.

Air suspension blowers belong to centrifugal blowers. The air suspension bearing single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower features a single-stage compression structure, with a centrifugal impeller directly connected to the motor and a frequency converter controlling the rotational speed, thereby regulating the air volume of the blower system.

With a modular design, the compression unit, frequency converter, and programmable logic controller (PLC) are integrated and installed, optimizing core technologies (such as air bearings, motors, impellers, etc.) to ensure stable and reliable operation.

Air Bearings: During rotation, airflow is generated on the surface of the shaft, creating pressure and forming an air film. As the rotational speed increases, the shaft becomes suspended. Advantages: 1. No contact or friction, resulting in high efficiency; 2. No lubricating oil required.

Impeller: High-efficiency backward-curved impeller; optimized assembly technology enhances efficiency and adjustment range; five-axis CNC machining ensures precise design profile realization and excellent durability design.

Motor: During high-speed operation, patented self-circulating cooling technology ensures efficient performance; the simple design guarantees outstanding durability even under extreme working conditions; both induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors are available.

The blowers are adopted integrated structure of assembly-type,in details, the blower body is assembled on the casing ofgear accelerating box, the lubricating oil system distributed , themotor and gear accelerating box are installed on the commonpedestal compactly;the pedestal doubles as a oil tank.

After strict dynamic balance, the rotor has lowvibration, high reliability and low overall noise.

The Moment of inertia of rotor is small, the startup andstop time has been decreased and the oil box with high oil leveland accumulator has been abrogated, Compare to other styleblowers with same flow capacity and pressure rise, this productenjoys low energy consumption, light weight and small size.
