Structural of Product
The CD/CG series centrifugal blower consists of upper and lower casings, rotor parts, bearing parts, and an oil lubrication system. This series of products is widely used in blast furnace air supply systems, mining flotation, SO2 gas transportation (acid production from flue gas), coke oven gas pressurization, generator gas pressurization, chemical gas production and other processes. | |
Casing The fan casing adopts a horizontal split structure, and the stator casing is divided into two roughly symmetrical parts, which are tightly fixed together by bolts and other connecting components. Each part is made of high-quality cast iron resin sand casting, and undergoes strict stress relief annealing treatment to reduce deformation. It is processed on proprietary equipment with high precision and good coaxiality, ensuring smooth operation of the rotor part. | |
Rotor The rotor part is composed of a main shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve, balance disk, and coupling. The main shaft and impeller of the fan are both made of high-strength alloy steel. Perform overall dynamic balance correction on the rotor to ensure its stability and reliability. | |
Impeller The impeller consists of blades, wheel cover, disc, and shaft. For some occasions that require the transportation of special gases, the overall material of the impeller willbe made of high-performance materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloy.
