Oil-free screw blower

The HL618 series screw blower is a new product developed by Shandong Zhanggu based on years of design and manufacturing experience to meet market demands for energy saving and environmental protection. This series of screw blowers features a compact structure, distinct appearance, high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance, and long service life. It is very suitable for applications with medium and small flow rates and high pressure, making it an ideal air source device widely used in metallurgy, machinery, chemical, mining, and power industries.  

Main Features:  

1. Advanced rotor profile design, effectively reducing fluid dynamic losses and improving main machine efficiency.  
2. Excellent internal compression characteristics, low energy consumption, up to 30% more energy-efficient than Roots blowers.  
3. Air-cooled structure, single-stage pressure of 250 kPa does not require cooling water.  
4. Oil-free design inside the rotor chamber, ensuring air quality.  
5. Low airflow pulsation; the blower operates smoothly at high speed and high pressure with low aerodynamic noise.  
6. Uses helical synchronous gears, keyless connection, reliable positioning, ensuring stable and safe operation over a wide speed range.  
7. Rotor designed with a large shaft diameter, providing higher shaft stiffness and load capacity.  
8. The locating end uses a combination of four-point angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings to ensure sufficient bearing load capacity and stability under extreme conditions, extending bearing service life.  
9. The casing adopts a central connection structure design to ensure uniform stress distribution, improving overall casing load capacity; large reinforced ribs enhance casing rigidity, ensuring reliable operation under high pressure.  
10. Splash lubrication is used, with low oil agitation power, ensuring stable oil supply to gears and bearings.  
11. Unique air seal design provides good sealing performance and long service life.  
12. End covers feature streamlined heat-dissipating fins, which are more conducive to gearbox cooling.

Features

• Rotor with approximate involute profile, advanced and reasonable, high efficiency overall.

• Main parts are machined by machining center and NC facilities, among which bearing reaches to class 5 accuracy. The product is high accuracy and runs reliably.

• Oil tank has new structures of oil-plate etc., good heat emission.  Cooling water isn’t used when pressure rise doesn’t exceed 49kPa,which can lower occupating expenses.

• Casing and headplate adopt misplit structure in horizon, which can make check and repair convenient.
