Industrial Oxygen Oil-Free Screw Blower
The HL618 series screw blowers are a new product developed by Shandong Zhanggu, based on years of design and manufacturing experience, to meet the market's energy-saving and environmental protection requirements. This series of screw blowers features a compact structure, stylish appearance, high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance, and long service life. They are very suitable for medium and small flow, high-pressure applications, and are ideal air source equipment widely used in industries such as metallurgy, machinery, chemical, mining, and electric power.

1. Core Part of the Main Machine (Compression Main Machine)
Male and Female Screw Rotors: A pair of high-precision meshing helical rotors, oil-free compression core
Main Machine Housing: Cast iron / aluminum alloy precision machining, forming the compression chamber
Synchronous Gearbox: Ensures precise rotor meshing, no contact, no friction
Bearing System: High-precision heavy-duty bearings, ensuring long-term stable operation
2. Power Drive Part
Main Motor: Three-phase asynchronous motor / high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor
Coupling / Pulley: Transmits power, reduces vibration and noise
Frequency Conversion System (optional): Achieves air volume adjustment, energy-saving operation
3. Air Intake and Exhaust System
Air Filter: Filters dust, protects the main machine
Intake Control Valve: Controls air intake, adjusts air volume
Silencer: Reduces intake / exhaust noise
Exhaust Check Valve: Prevents backflow of airflow, protects the main machine
4. Cooling System
Air-Cooled Type: Fan, radiator
Water-Cooled Type: Cooling water jacket / heat exchanger (commonly used for high power)
Ensures the main machine operates at a reasonable temperature.
5. Lubrication and Sealing System
Gearbox Lubricating Oil: Lubricates only gears and bearings, does not enter the compression chamber
Labyrinth Seal / Gas Seal: Strictly isolates lubricating oil from the compression chamber
Shaft Seal: Prevents oil and air leakage
6. Control and Protection System
PLC Control Cabinet: Automatic control of the whole machine
Touch Screen / Operation Panel: Displays pressure, flow, temperature, current
Protection Devices: Over-temperature, overpressure, overload, phase loss protection
Sensors: Temperature sensor, pressure sensor
7. Base and Auxiliary Structure
Common Base: Integrated structure, easy to install
Shock-Absorbing Pad: Reduces vibration transmission
Pipelines, Valves, Instruments: Integrated into the whole machine
Features
Rotor with approximate involute profile, advanced and reasonable, high efficiency overall.
Main parts are machined by machining center and NC facilities, among which bearing reaches to class 5 accuracy. The product is high accuracy and runs reliably.
Oil tank has new structures of oil-plate etc., good heat emission. Cooling water isn’t used when pressure rise doesn’t exceed 49kPa,which can lower occupating expenses.
Casing and headplate adopt misplit structure in horizon, which can make check and repair convenient.
