Product Overview

The single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower is guided by the authoritative energy and power technology of Beihang University (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics) and integrates resources in research, technology, production, and manufacturing in China's aerospace power field at the highest level. This series of products achieves advanced levels in both aerodynamic performance and structural design compared to similar domestic and international products.

Product Features

1. The impeller is designed using ternary flow theory, and flow analysis technology is applied to predict the performance of the blower, achieving a maximum efficiency of up to 82%.

2. The fan uses axial inlet guide vanes and a diffuser adjustment device, with a flow adjustment range of 45% to 110% of the rated flow, ensuring high efficiency even under off-design conditions.

3. The blower adopts a modular integrated structure, with the main blower body assembled on the housing of the geared speed increaser. The lubrication system, motor, and geared speed increaser are compactly arranged on a shared base, which also serves as the oil tank.

4. After strict dynamic balancing, the rotor has low vibration, high reliability, and low overall noise. With low rotational inertia, the unit has short start-up and shutdown times. Compared to multi-stage centrifugal blowers of the same flow and pressure, it has lower energy consumption, lighter weight, and a smaller footprint.

5. The fan has an advanced and reasonable structure, with few wear parts, easy installation, operation, and maintenance. The bearing vibration and temperature, surge control, start-up interlock protection, fault alarms, and lubrication system oil pressure and temperature control are all managed by a programmable logic controller (PLC), allowing real-time monitoring of the entire unit's operation.

Flow: 80–800 m³/min; Pressure Increase: 49–147 kPa.

It can be widely used in industries such as wastewater treatment, metallurgy, circulating fluidized bed boilers in power plants, flue gas desulfurization, pharmaceuticals, and gas boosting.
