Introduction to MVR process:
MVR isthe abbreviation of mechanicalvapor recompresion technology.itis an energy saving technalogythatreduces the demand for external energy by compresing the secondany steamgenerated by the evaporator with a steam compressor, raising the temperature and enthalpy ofthe steam, and returing ito the heat exchanger as a heating source.
MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) technolgy operates as a clsed-oop system,During startup,a smal amount of initial fresh steam is used to heat and boi the materalgenerating secondary steam. Afer cuting of the fresh steam suply,the vapor produced by the evaporator is separated through a steam-iquid separator. This separated vapor isthen drawninto the steam compressor for recompression, increasing its presure and enthalpy.
