It has successfully developed high-speed centrifugal fan equipped with high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors. The speed range is 3600rpm to 6000rpm, the pressure range is 2.7 to 27kPa, and the flow range is 2000 to 45000m³/h.

Advantages

(1) Advanced aerodynamic performance. Relying on renowned experts in the domestic fan industry and the scientific research technologies of prestigious universities, our company researches, designs and produces industrial centrifugal fans. The internal flow field of the fan is optimized by using dedicated flow field simulation software to ensure good aerodynamic performance and low noise of the fan.

(2) High efficiency. The three-dimensional fluid theory is adopted to design the fan efficiently. The impeller efficiency is high, and the maximum operating efficiency of the fan can reach 90%, which is more than 5% higher than that of the conventional centrifugal fan design in China. It can achieve obvious economic benefits of energy conservation and electricity saving.

(3) Efficient certification. Several series of centrifugal fans have been successfully included in the "Energy Efficiency Star Equipment Product Catalogue (2021)" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. After performance tests by the evaluation department, the efficiency of 10 series of fans meets the first-level energy efficiency standard of GB 19761-2020 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades for Ventilators".

(4) High load-bearing capacity. Transmission is carried out through couplings to minimize energy loss and enhance efficiency. The fan has a high load-bearing capacity and features high reliability and a long service life, making it suitable for use under high-load and harsh environmental conditions.

(5) The fan operates more reliably. The key components are subject to finite element analysis for strength verification. Based on digital twin technology, simulation and optimization work such as rotor dynamics analysis, strength analysis, modal analysis, dynamic and static clearance analysis, structural optimization, and topology optimization can be carried out on the fan. The fan products manufactured in this way operate more reliably.

(6) Good stability and durability. Adopting the highest balance grade of G2.5 in the industry, the vibration velocity value of the fan bearing part is far lower than the industry standard requirement of 4.6mm/s, ensuring the smooth operation of the fan.
