Multistage Centrifugal Blower

Product Features

The inlet and outlet casing, as well as the return channel of the blower, are fully matched to the impeller. The streamlined design minimizes flow loss.
The impeller is designed using three-dimensional meridional plane and compound curve technology, ensuring high efficiency.
The impeller intake diversion ring enhances the inflow conditions and improves fluid dynamics.
The airfoil return-flow blade reduces energy loss and increases static pressure recovery.
The blower performance is optimized through advanced fluid analysis technology, achieving a polytropic efficiency of up to 78%.
A single blower unit supports both 50Hz and 60Hz rotation speeds, offering a wide operating range and superior performance flexibility.

The fan operates with low vibration. The rotor undergoes strict dynamic balancing, ensuring high reliability and low overall noise levels.
The common base can be installed using vibration damping pads, eliminating the need for anchor bolts. This saves time and labor while reducing foundation costs.
The blower features an advanced and rational structure with minimal easily worn parts. Installation, operation, and maintenance are user-friendly and convenient.

Structure of product

Stator
The stator features a vertically split casing design, composed of an inlet chamber, intermediate casing, and discharge scroll case. These components are bolted together to form the gas flow path.
Manufactured from high-quality cast iron using resin mold casting and subjected to strict annealing treatment, the stator exhibits minimal distortion. Its high precision and coaxial alignment ensure stable operation of the rotor assembly.

Rotor
The rotor consists of impellers, a main shaft, shaft sleeves, half-couplings, and other components. The main shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel and undergoes quenching and tempering. After assembly, the complete rotor is dynamically balanced to guarantee smooth and reliable operation.

Impeller
Depending on application requirements, either cast or welded impellers are used.

  • Cast impellers are precision-cast from high-strength aluminum alloy.

  • Welded impellers are fabricated by welding hubs, covers, and blades, with intermediate heat treatments to eliminate welding stress.
Each impeller is individually dynamically balanced and undergoes high-speed rotation testing after precision machining.

Bearing Housing

The bearing housings are made of cast iron and mounted on both sides of the blower for easy installation and replacement of bearings.
Thermometer and vibration sensor ports are provided. Custom configurations are available to meet user requirements. Standard blowers feature air-cooled bearing housings; water-cooled versions can also be supplied upon request.

Bearing and Lubrication
SKF bearings are used with a design life of 100,000 hours. Lubrication is provided by high-performance lubricating oil.

Seal
Multiple sets of non-contact labyrinth seals are installed at both ends of the main shaft and between each impeller stage, ensuring excellent sealing performance with minimal leakage.

Oil Tank
Standard blowers are equipped with a large-capacity oil tank that lowers oil temperature without water cooling, extending the service life of the lubricant and bearings.
A dual-chamber splash lubrication system ensures sufficient oil supply while minimizing foaming and leakage. An oil level indicator and vent are mounted on the tank.

Shaft Seal
Shaft seals located on both ends of the blower can be replaced without disassembling the unit.

  • Labyrinth seals are used in standard blowers (for air).

  • Carbon ring seals are applied in special gas blowers.

Drive
Mini-type blowers use belt drives; other models are equipped with flexible pin couplings or diaphragm couplings.
