Vapor Compressor
A vapor compressor is the core component of an MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) system. Its function is to compress the low-temperature and low-pressure secondary vapor generated by the evaporation process, increasing its temperature and pressure to transform it into a reusable, high-quality heat source. By recovering and reusing the latent heat of vapor, it drastically reduces the system's reliance on external fresh steam, making it the key to achieving significant energy savings and reduced consumption in evaporation processes. Primarily available in centrifugal (Turbo) and Roots-type technologies, it is widely used for its high efficiency and reliability in evaporation, concentration, and crystallization processes across industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and wastewater treatment.
