Carbon Black Blower

Carbon black，an amorphous carbon，light, loose and very fine black powder with very large surface. It is the product of incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition of carbon-containing materials (coal, natural gas, heavy oil, fuel oil, etc.) under the condition of insufficient air that can be used to make ink, paint, etc., also used to make rubber reinforcing agent.

Raw oil, fuel oil that from fuel pump and 850 ℃ in the air  from air preheater provided by the blower are mixed and burned in the combustion section, producing high temperature combustion air flow. The carbon black flue gas is preheated by air preheater and oil preheater to enter the main cyclone separator and main bag filter, and the carbon black is collected and crushed to the cyclone separator. The carbon black flue gas from the cyclone separator returns to the main bag filter and the collected carbon black enters the powder storage tank. After the exhaust gas discharged from the main bag filter pressurized by the blower, part of it enters the exhaust combustion furnace to be burned as the heat source of the dryer, and most of it is sent to the exhaust boiler as the fuel.
