Screw Vacuum Pump

A screw vacuum pump is a dry, oil-free positive displacement pump. Its core components are a pair of precisely meshed screw rotors that rotate in opposite directions in sync within the pump chamber. Maintaining extremely small non-contact clearances between the rotors and the chamber, it moves gas from the suction to the exhaust port through the continuous meshing action of the screws. Its greatest advantages are providing stable pumping speeds across a wide vacuum range, the ability to handle large amounts of condensable vapors (like water vapor) and small amounts of dust directly, and strong performance in "dirty" process conditions with low maintenance requirements. It is a clean and efficient alternative to traditional oil-sealed vacuum pumps in industries such as semiconductors, chemicals, coating, and pharmaceuticals.
